This program is specifically created by the Canadian Government to attract both capital and business skills. This Business Immigration program was developed for those individuals who have entrepreneurial skills, business expertise, successful experience and attainment in business, and who can invest in, start, or buy enterprises in Canada and contribute to the development of a prosperous and strong Canadian economy. In order to qualify for "Business Experience" an Investor applicant must meet one of the following:

The investment of C$800,000 is used by the Government of Canada for job creation and economic development. The return of the investment is fully guaranteed, without interest, in five years after you become a permanent resident. Only immigrants who have been self-employed in cultural activities or in athletics, or have participated at a world-class level in cultural activities or in athletics or have farm management experience are eligible within the class.
